She was formerly CEO of Renew Adelaide from toa not for profit organisation that fosters entrepreneurs in vacant space. Lily finished dux of her law degree from Flinders University. She has had a long interest in the renewal of urban spaces and the potential to drive change though property regeneration, cultural change and economic development.
